To Amanda, great design is about more than just buildings, it’s about the people who bring them to life. She believes collaboration transforms ideas into something real and meaningful, and that learning from one another is what makes each day better.

Originally from Brazil, Amanda has a background in civil engineering and grew up in a family where her father, an architect, showed her that construction is more than just a project, it’s someone’s dream. Building trust and meaningful relationships is at the heart of her work.

After choosing Calgary as her home and graduating from SAIT, Amanda joined Denizen as a Junior Architectural Technologist to grow alongside a team that values creativity, connection, and the joy of thoughtful, quality design.

When she’s not at her desk, you’ll likely find her hiking, painting, doing hot yoga, or enjoying a strong cup of coffee.
