Stewart Livery Barn & Development

Nestled in the historic neighbourhood of Inglewood, the Stewart Livery Barn is being transformed into a vibrant residential space. This adaptive reuse project includes the conversion of the barn, as well as a new development of a five-unit row house and duplex. The barn’s unique structural framing, reinforcement, and custom openings pay homage to its heritage, while its proximity to the bustling 9th Avenue offers residents easy access to local shops, breweries, and bars.
