Dawson’s Landing Plaza brings a modern two-storey commercial hub to Chestermere’s growing community. Our structural team collaborated closely with project partners to create a space that supports local business, connection, and daily life.

The plaza features nearly 30,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and an inviting entrance lobby, with 7,600 square feet of office space above. A durable steel structure, open curtain walls, and contemporary finishes contribute to the overall design of the space.
